As part of the “Theories and Tools for Real Estate Valuations” course (Prof. Francesca Abastante and Dr. Elena Todella), architecture students were involved in a seminar on how to communicate urban transformation, sustainability and the green transition through data and maps.
A more integrated and interdisciplinary approach, as in the LOTUS project, to teaching topics related to sustainability and urban transition can therefore produce graduates able to lead the smart economic and social development of urban areas.
