The first modern, ecological and sustainable residential area in the Czech Republic. 3 hectares of residential area that will take into account carbon neutral living, greenery and water elements, smart technologies, smart and easy easy mobility and community features. This project is among the ten finalists in the E.ON Energy Globe competition in 2022.
The project is coordinated by the municipality of Zidlichovice and the Centre of Passive House with financial support from the South-Moravian Region and the German Federal Environmental Foundation.
